Dr. William A. Twayigize

Dr. William A. Twayigize is Co-Founder and Visionary of Christian Builders Company (CHRIBUCO LTD), a faith-driven construction and development company committed to combining ethical enterprise, quality construction, and community-centered development. Guided by Christian principles and the African philosophy of Ubuntu—“I am because we are”—he believes that business success should advance human dignity, opportunity, and the well-being of communities.
Dr. Twayigize brings extensive international experience across government, academia, and development, including service in the Office of the President of Kenya, involvement in global health and social medicine initiatives at Harvard University, and university teaching in the United States. His international education and longstanding commitment to refugees and underserved communities have shaped his vision for CHRIBUCO.
Through CHRIBUCO LTD, he seeks to advance quality, affordable, and sustainable housing and community infrastructure while demonstrating that sound business practices and Christian values can work together. His leadership is grounded in integrity, compassion, responsible enterprise, service, and sustainable community development.
Mr. Todd D. Niehaus

Mr. Todd D. Niehaus is Co-Founder and Visionary of Christian Builders Company (CHRIBUCO LTD) and a seasoned construction professional with more than 35 years of experience in California’s construction industry. His professional background spans engineering, industrial administration, accounting, logistics, construction estimating, project management, and business operations.
Throughout his career, Mr. Niehaus has served in senior positions including Materials Manager, Construction Estimator, Project Manager, and Vice President, developing extensive expertise in project delivery, cost control, procurement, and operational management. As an entrepreneur, he founded SPSA, a restoration company approved by several major U.S. insurance companies. The company generated more than $1 million in revenue during its first year, expanded successfully, and was later acquired by a national firm.
At CHRIBUCO LTD, Mr. Niehaus applies decades of construction and entrepreneurial experience to advancing efficient, quality, affordable, and sustainable development in Kenya. His leadership reflects the company’s Christian commitment to integrity, stewardship, excellence, service, and responsible community development.
Mr. Pierre Nahimana

Mr. Pierre Nahimana, widely known as “Soda,” is an experienced businessman, real estate professional, church elder, and Christian leader with more than 20 years of experience in business and ministry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and brings valuable knowledge of entrepreneurship, property development, business management, and the East African real estate environment.
Mr. Nahimana previously managed Shalom Paints Factory for more than 15 years, gaining substantial practical experience in manufacturing, operations, management, customer relations, and enterprise development. Combined with his extensive involvement in real estate across East Africa, this experience provides CHRIBUCO LTD with important insight into construction-related industries, property markets, and business operations.
As a church elder and member of the CHRIBUCO leadership team, Mr. Nahimana combines faith, business experience, and community service. He is committed to mentoring others, strengthening communities, and supporting CHRIBUCO’s mission to deliver quality, affordable, and sustainable development guided by integrity, stewardship, compassion, and Christian service.
Paul Gatheru (IT Manager)
IT Manager | Christian Builders Company (CHRIBUCO LTD)
Mr. Paul Gatheru is an experienced Information Technology professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting government institutions, private-sector organizations, and non-governmental organizations. His expertise spans IT infrastructure, project management, strategic planning, systems implementation, operational management, and the application of technology to organizational development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gatheru has developed a strong ability to translate complex technological requirements into practical and effective solutions. He has extensive experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, strengthening organizational systems, improving operational efficiency, and leading technology initiatives that support institutional growth and sustainable development.
As IT Manager at CHRIBUCO LTD, Mr. Gatheru provides technological leadership to strengthen the company’s operations, information systems, project coordination, and long-term growth. He is committed to using technology and innovation to support CHRIBUCO’s development mission while promoting professionalism, efficiency, accountability, integrity, and positive community impact.
Anthony Aguyo
Site Manager & Civil Engineer | Christian Builders Company (CHRIBUCO LTD)
Eng. Antony “Tony” Aguyo is a qualified Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya. He brings professional experience in affordable housing development, structural engineering, construction management, site supervision, quality assurance, and the practical execution of residential construction projects.
Eng. Aguyo has worked with the Government of Kenya’s Affordable Housing Program and currently serves as a Site Manager under the Government’s Boma Yangu Affordable Housing Initiative in Eldoret, Rift Valley, Kenya. His technical expertise includes reinforced concrete design, load analysis, interpretation of structural drawings, setting out works, QA/QC, materials testing, and compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
At CHRIBUCO LTD, Eng. Aguyo contributes hands-on engineering and construction-management expertise to help ensure projects are executed according to approved designs, specifications, budgets, and quality standards. His professional approach reflects CHRIBUCO’s commitment to quality, safety, efficiency, accountability, integrity, and sustainable development.
